During the Lunar New Year holiday in China this year, stainless steel plant maintenance was estimated to affect the output of about 390,000 tons, of which the production of 200 series will reduce by 150,000-160,000 tons, 300 series will drop by about 130,000 tons, and 400 series will reduce by 12,000 tons.
According to the calculation of the use ratio of stainless steel scrap in various factories, it was estimated that this maintenance will affect the purchase volume of stainless steel scrap by about 185,000 tons, of which 90,500 tons were 200 series, 88,500 tons were 300 series, and 6,000 tons were 400 series.
