China’s steel bar exports slide in 2020

According to statistics, China exported a total of nearly 7 million tons of steel bar in 2020, sliding by 28% compared to the previous year.
During the period, China’s exports of wire rod reached 2.03 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; those of steel angles and channels amounted to approximately 2.8 million tons, reducing by 13.7% year on year.
