Sunstone Development Co., Ltd., a Chinese company mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of prebaked anodes, signed an agreement with Alcoa Canada Co., Aluminio Espanol S.L.U., and Aluminerie de Bécancour Inc. to supply around 240,000 tons of prebaked anodes to the three companies during the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Prebaked anodes are the main raw materials used to make aluminum electrolytic cell anodes. They are produced mainly using petroleum coke, pitch coke, and coal tar pitch.

This deal will help Sunstone enhance and consolidate its influence in overseas markets and deepen multi-level cooperation with high-quality international customers.
