China’s welded steel pipe production drops in May

According to statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBS), China's welded steel pipe production totaled around 5.14 million tons in May this year, dropping by 16.5% compared to the same month a year ago.
In the first five months of this year, China totally produced roughly 22.55 million tons of welded steel pipes, a year-on-year hike of 7.1%.
