EU to impose 6-month temporary AD duty on China's aluminum converter foils

The European Commission announced on June 18, 2021 that it has made an affirmative preliminary anti-dumping (AD) ruling on aluminum converter foils originating in China and decided to impose a six-month temporary AD duty, with a duty rate of 16.0%-29.1%, depending on different companies.

The products involved are under CN code ex 7607 11 19 (TARIC codes 7607 11 19 60 and 7607 11 19 91).

The investigation period was from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and the period for the assessment of injury was from January 1, 2017 to the end of the investigation period.
