Chinese iron ore price index rises on Sep 1

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 443.98 points on September 1, which was up by 0.12% or 0.53 points compared with the previous CIOPI on August 31.

The domestic iron ore price index was 376.38 points, hiking by 0.26 points or 0.98 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 456.76 points, rising by 0.10% or 0.44 points from the previous one.
