Chinese iron ore price index slides on Sep 22

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 430.40 points on September 22, which was down by 2.49% or 11.01 points compared with the previous CIOPI on September 21.
The domestic iron ore price index was 378.32 points, dropping by 0.44% or 1.67 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 440.24 points, decreasing by 2.82% or 12.77 points from the previous one.
