Colombia keeps AD orders on China’s stainless steel dishwashers

On December 20, 2023, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT) made its final determination of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on stainless steel dishwashers weighing less than or equal to 8 kilograms originating in China, deciding to maintain the AD duty rate of 132% confirmed in Resolution No. 057 of March 21, 2018.

This AD measure will be valid for five years, involving products under tariff subheading 7324.10.00.00.

The first AD sunset review was launched in March 2023, following an application filed by the domestic enterprise Socoda S.A.
