Crude oil prices drop dramatically, because of worsening epidemic situation

According to the market on October 26th, the crude oil prices showed over 1.5% decrease, mainly because of the worsening epidemic situation in the US and the EU.
Among them, the crude oil prices in the West Texas Intermediate and Brent Crude were US$39.15/barrel and US$41.13/barrel, respectively.
Last weekend, the number of Covid-19’s confirmed cases in France broke a new high, over 50,000 cases, showed the epidemic was outbreaking again recently.
