On September 26, 2023, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced that the validity of the existing 19.15% anti-dumping (AD) duty imposed on cold-formed stainless steel seamless pipes from China and Malaysia is extended to March 5, 2024 (inclusive), as a result of the resolution made by EEC on September 25, 2023.

This determination will take effect 30 calendar days from the date of notice publication, but no earlier than December 11, 2023.
