EEC continues to impose AD duties on stainless steel utensils and cutlery from China

The Internal Market Protection Department of Eurasian Economic Commission issued an announcement on December 4, 2020, stating that according to the final ruling of the anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on December 1, 2020, they decided to maintain AD duties on utensils and cutlery of stainless steel from China, with a validity period extended to November 30, 2025.

The specific duty rates of the companies involved are as follows: Heshan Biaoda Stainless Steel & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is 15.41%, Goodlead Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd. is 27.16%, Xinxing Yingtai Stainless Steel Manufacturer Co., Ltd. is 22.91%, Xin Gang Cheng Stainless Steel Wares Co., Ltd., Xinxing Freely Hover Kitchen & Table Wares Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Lihongji Stainless Steel Industry Co., Ltd. are subject to 24.17%, and other Chinese companies involved are 24.16%.

The products involved are under tax numbers 8211 91 000 1, 8215 99 100 0, and 8215 20 100 0.
