EEC makes final AD duty ruling on stainless steel welded pipe from China

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced on November 6 that it made a final anti-dumping (AD) determination on stainless steel welded pipes originate in China for 5 years.

The AD rate for China’s manufacturers is 14.62% to Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., 17.28% to Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd. and other companies.

The AD investigation period is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The products involved are under HS code 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, 7306 61 100 9, and 7306 69 100 9.

EEC initiated the AD investigation on stainless steel welded pipes on December 24, 2019.
