EU imposes AD duties on China’s aluminum extrusions

The European Commission imposes anti-dumping duties on aluminum extrusion imports from China, with duty rates ranging from 21.2% to 32.1%, which were lower than the provisional duties of 30.4% to 48.0% imposed last October.

According to the ruling, the duty rate on Guangdong Haomei New Materials Co., Ltd. and Guangdong King Metal Light Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. was set at 21.2%. Press Metal International Ltd. and Press Metal International Technology Ltd. were assigned a rate of 25.0%. Other listed cooperating companies will be subject to 22.1%, and a rate of 32.1% was set on all other companies.

The products involved include aluminum extrusions in the form of bars, rods, profiles (whether or not hollow), tubes, and pipes, under CN codes ex 7604 10 10, ex 7604 10 90, 7604 21 00, 7604 29 10, 7604 29 90, ex 7608 10 00, 7608 20 81, 7608 20 89, and ex 7610 90 90 (TARIC codes 7604 10 10 11, 7604 10 90 11, 7604 10 90 25, 7604 10 90 80, 7608 10 00 11, 7608 10 00 80, 7610 90 90 10).
