European alumina production falls in Nov

According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), alumina production in Europe, including Russia, totaled around 577,000 tons in November last year, dropping by 2.9% compared to the previous month and by 31.2% from the same month a year ago.

In the first 11 months of 2022, the region’s alumina production amounted to approximately 7.67 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 15.9%.
