EU’s stainless steel pipe demand faces challenge

According to the market in the EU, the current market demand for stainless steel pipe showed weak, mainly caused by the weak demand from downstream, including chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Currently, the stainless steel mills in the EU have increased their stainless steel coil prices, but the pipe and tube showed a decrease, which started to pressure the margin for the producers.
Based on some of the market participants’ views, the prices of stainless steel pipe still needed to be determined by the market's future demand.
