French Nova Met to build new plant to recycle aluminum scrap

French company Nova Met signed an agreement with a port agency, planning to build a new aluminum scrap recycling plant near Le Havre, France. The automated grinding and processing line at this plant will collect, purify, and cold refine 2,500 tons of aluminum every month.

The plant will occupy an area of 20,000 square meters (215,000 square feet).

The target markets for the recycled aluminum produced at this plant are Asia and Europe, and it was aimed to ship 80 containers per month to South Asia by 2023.
