Global primary aluminum production rises in Mar

According to statistics from the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled 5.772 million tons in March this year, up by 9.6% compared to the previous month and by 0.5% from the same month a year ago.
In March, the daily production averaged 186,200 tons, compared to 188,000 tons in the previous month.
During the period, China's primary aluminum output was estimated to be 3.387 million tons, compared to the revised 3.105 million tons in February.
