Global primary aluminum production slightly grows in Apr

According to statistics from the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled 5.628 million tons in April this year, down by 3.2% compared to the previous month and up by 0.34% from the same month a year ago.
During the period, China's primary aluminum output was estimated to be 3.315 million tons, compared to the revised 3.426 million tons in March and 3.313 million tons in the year-ago period.
