India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Global Maritime Summit in Mumbai said that India is aiming to become one of the top five shipbuilding nations in ten years. Modi also indicated that INS Vikrant, the first carrier built in India, showed India’s shipbuilding capacity.
