India cancels AD duties on stainless steel flat-rolled products from 15 countries

On July 3, 2019, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched an AD investigation on subject goods from these 15 countries based on an application filed by the Indian Stainless Steel Development Association (ISSDA), Jindal Stainless Limited, Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited, and Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited.
According to an office memorandum issued by the Indian Ministry of Finance, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry decided not to impose anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of stainless steel flat-rolled products from 15 countries, including China, South Korea, the EU, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, the US, Thailand, South Africa, the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
