India imposes provisional CVD on flat stainless steels from Indonesia

It was reported that India's Department of Revenue has imposed provisional countervailing duties (CVD) on stainless steel flat products imported from Indonesia, the rate of CVD is between 22.31% and 24.83%.
The validity period of this CVD is four months from the date of the notice issued on October 9, 2020.
According to the notification of the Department of Revenue, the CVD will not be applicable in the case of specified products like stainless blade steel used in the razor and coin blank production, flat stainless steel with a thickness of more than 80 mm and a width exceeding 1.650 mm.
