India initiates AD investigation on electrogalvanized steel imports from 3 countries

On June 28, 2021, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced to initiate an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on electrogalvanized steel originating in or exported from South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, following the application submitted by the Indian company American Precoat Speciality Private Limited.
The period of investigation was from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the injury investigation period was 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020, and the period of investigation.
The products involved are under HS codes 7210, 7212, 7225, 7226, 7209, and 7211.
