India starts to impose AD duties on China’s anodized aluminum frames for solar panels/modules

On September 27, 2024, the Department of Revenue of the Ministry of Finance of India accepted the recommendations made by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on June 29, 2024, regarding the anti-dumping (AD) duties on anodized aluminum frames for solar panels/modules originating in or exported from China, deciding to impose AD duties on the subject goods from China.

The AD duty rate ranges from US$403 to US$577 per ton, applicable to the products classified under HS codes 76109010, 76109030, and 76169990.

This AD measure will be effective for a period of five years unless revoked, superseded, or amended earlier, valid from the date of publication of this notice.
