India's CRISIL Ratings upgraded Jindal Stainless (Hisar) (JSHL)’s rating on the long-term bank facilities from CRISIL A+/Stable to CRISIL AA-/Stable.

CRISIL said that the upgrade in the long-term rating was due to a significant improvement in the company’s business risk profile and the operating efficiency driven by better EBITDA.

The rating is supported by JSHL’s market leadership in the domestic stainless steel industry, no matter in manufacturing capacity, sales volume, or export presence.
