India’s Uno Minda to acquire remaining 22.65% stake in Minda Kosei Aluminum Wheel

UNO Minda Ltd., formerly Minda Industries Ltd., a global leading automotive component supplier in India, said its board has approved the acquisition of the remaining 22.65% stake in Minda Kosei Aluminum Wheel Pvt. Ltd. (MKA) from Kosei International Trade and Investment Company Ltd (KITI) for Rs 115.50 crore.

The acquisition was expected to be completed on or before the end of March this year. After the acquisition, Uno Minda will wholly own MKA.

MKA is a company engaged in developing, manufacturing, and selling aluminum alloy wheels for major OE car manufacturers and aftermarkets in India.
