Indonesia's aluminum scrap imports & exports expected to rise in 2020

According to statistics, Indonesia imported around 159,700 tons of aluminum scrap in 2019, and it was predicted the import volume in 2020 will go up by 17.13% year on year to roughly 187,000 tons.
Indonesia mainly imported aluminum scrap from Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.
In terms of export, Indonesia exported around 12,200 tons of aluminum scrap from 2018 to 2019. It was predicted the export volume in 2020 will hike by 11.63% year on year to 10,806 tons.
Indonesia mainly exported aluminum scrap to India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Thailand, etc.
