Ireland’s bauxite imports to reach 4.59 million tons in 2020

The bauxite imports of Ireland were expected to reach 4.59 million tons in 2020.

Rusal Aughinish Alumina, one of the major producers of alumina in Ireland, was reported that its annual production capacity has now increased to 1.9 million tons from the 800,000 tons at the beginning of the production.

Ireland’s bauxite import sources include Brazil, Guinea, Guyana, Greece, and other countries.
