Seaborne iron ore prices turned back to a downward trend on Wednesday, and steel mills slowed down their purchases in the spot market. The Kallanish KORE 62% and 65% Fe indices declined by $0.98/tonne and $1/t respectively on Wednesday to $109.38/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $122.91/dmt cfr.
