Italy’s crude steel production decreases in Nov

According to statistics from the Italian steelmakers' association Federacciai, Italy’s crude steel production totaled around 1.85 million tons in November this year, dropping by 15% compared to the same month a year ago. The output of flat steel products dropped by 30.4% year on year to 731,000 tons.
In the first 11 months of this year, Italy produced a total of 20.4 million tons of crude steel, a year-on-year decrease of 11.2%. The production of flat steel products during the period amounted to 8.91 million tons, down by 13.5% year on year.
