According to statistics, Japan’s exports of stainless steel scrap in November this year were around 27,000 tons, a decrease of 18.3% from October.

Although exports to Indonesia and Thailand increased in November compared with October, exports to Taiwan, India, South Korea, and Malaysia declined, so overall exports are still less than the previous month.

The average export price of scrap stainless steel in November increased by 3.2% compared with the price in October, due to the increase in exports to Indonesia, which has a higher export price.
