Japan’s recycled aluminum & aluminum foil output decrease in Oct

According to statistics released by the Japan Aluminum Association (JAA), Japan’s recycled aluminum production was around 69,000 tons in October, decreasing by 3.1% compared to the same month a year ago; the country’s aluminum foil output during the period amounted to 9,600 tons, sliding by 2.5% from September.
In the first ten months of this year, Japan’s recycled aluminum output had a year-on-year reduction of 16.8% to roughly 555,000 tons, and the aluminum foil output had a year-on-year decrease of nearly 5.0% to about 87,000 tons.
