Nickel price turns strong, may stimulate stainless steel price to increase

According to the market of the metal products in the world, the nickel price showed a strong increase in the past three days, with a US$760 increment per ton, nearly touched US$17,000/ton.
By the average market price for nickel in April, the price for nickel was around US$16,300/ton, which showed a flat from last month.
However, the strong recent nickel price and shipping fee might stimulate the stainless steel manufacturers to increase their price for May.
