Nippon Kinzoku Co., Ltd., a stainless steel manufacturer in Japan, produces stainless steel foil with its proprietary technology for automotive, battery, semiconductor, and other markets.

The stainless steel foil can be produced at all steel grades, including SUS304, SUS301, and SUS430. Two types of surface finish are available, Bright Surface (BS) and White Surface (WS), which can meet customers’ needs for surface design and functionality.

Besides, the stainless steel foil features high precision, wide width, and large unit weight. The maximum width is up to 600 mm, the precision is high, with a minimum longitudinal variation of thickness ±1μm, and the maximum unit weight is 0.5kg/mm. Such features will help customers improve productivity and yield, and reduce process.
