New Delhi-based Nupur Recyclers Ltd. (NRL) announced plans to expand into aluminum extrusion manufacturing through its subsidiary, Nupur Extrusion. The company invested over US$2.1 million to establish a plant aimed at meeting the rising demand for recycled materials in the solar energy and construction sectors.

The new plan will focus on producing aluminum extrusions from recycled scrap. The new facility will be located in Sampla, Haryana, with the goal of achieving an annual production capacity of 5,000 to 6,000 tons by the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

Rajesh Gupta, NRL's managing director, highlighted the company's commitment to sustainability and growing market demand for recycled materials, particularly in solar energy and construction. This move is part of NRL's broader strategy to strengthen its position in the recycled-content market and promote sustainable industrial growth.
