POSCO’s revenue increases in Q2

South Korea’s steelmaker POSCO reported that its operating profit totaled 2.09 trillion won in the second quarter of this year, sliding by 7% compared to the preceding quarter.

Meanwhile, the company’s revenue was around 23 trillion won, up by 7.8% year on year, while the net profit was slightly down by 0.5% year on year to nearly 1.8 trillion won.

POSCO expected itself to gain a revenue of 86 trillion won this year.
