Russia's stainless steel imports rise in Mar

According to statistics released by the Russian Special Steel and Alloys Consumers and Suppliers Association (SpetsStal Association), Russia's total stainless steel imports in March 2021 were 34,770 tons, which increased by 14.8% compared to the previous month.
During the period, 247 Russian companies imported more than 1 ton of stainless steel, compared to 288 companies in February.
The total amount of imported stainless steel increased by 14% month on month in March, amounting to US$86.82 million, but the average price for each ton decreased by 0.7%.
