South Korea makes preliminary AD ruling on China’s presensitized aluminum plate with double-layered coating for offset printing

It was preliminarily determined that the products involved are indeed dumped and caused substantial damage to the South Korean domestic industry. However, in view of the current insufficient production capacity in South Korea, it was recommended not to impose provisional AD duties on the subject products.
On September 27, 2021, the Korea Trade Commission (KTC) made an affirmative preliminary ruling of the anti-dumping (AD) order on China’s presensitized aluminum plate with double-layered coating for offset printing with the length of both sides not less than 255mm.
The products involved are under HS code 3701.30.9100.
