Speira signs agreement to acquire Real Alloy Europe

On February 21, 2022, Speira, a global leading aluminum rolling and recycling company, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Real Alloy Europe, Real Alloy’s European business. The completion of the transaction is subject to closing conditions and relevant approvals.

Real Alloy Europe is Europe's leading recycler of aluminum and magnesium scrap and related byproducts. This acquisition will strengthen Speira's ability to use recycled metals in production and provide customers with high-quality, low-carbon rolled aluminum products.
