As the global steel market kept positive and fast recovering, Taiwan's China Steel Corp. (CSC)'s deliveries in January again went over its forecast.

According to statistics, the sales volume including billet came to 1.242 million tons, which increased by 52,000 tons compared to the target of 1.19 million tons. This was the fourth consecutive month to be more than 1.2 million tons for shipments.

Among them, domestic sales shared 784,000 tons, and exporting occupied 458,000 tons, of which the shipment produced by CSC (including billets) was around 875,000 tons and 367,000 tons from its subsidiary Dragon Steel.
