Taiwan’s stainless steel HRC exports increase 20% m-o-m in Sep

According to the official statistic from the Taiwanese customs, the total exports of stainless steel hot-rolled coil (HRC) in September were around 11,000 tons, increased by 20.6% month on month.

Among them, the total value was around NT$579 million, and the main destinations were India (2,300 tons), Turkey (1,300 tons), and the US (1,200 tons).

In the first 9 months of this year, the total stainless steel HRC exports from Taiwan were around 81,000 tons, decreased by nearly 41% year on year.
