Taiwan’s Tang Eng announces new stainless steel prices for Nov

Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., one of the main stainless steel manufacturers in Taiwan, announced its new prices of stainless steel products for November.

According to the price adjustment, the domestic price of 304 cold-rolled and hot-rolled stainless steel was up by NT$1,500/ton, the same as Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco)’s price increase. The surcharge of 316L and the exported base price of 304 were kept unchanged.

After Taiwan’s two main upstream stainless steel suppliers finalized their new prices for November, the prices in the market were expected to maintain steady.
