Taiwan’s Walsin Lihwa announces new prices for stainless steel wire rods for Mar

Walsin Lihwa, a leading stainless steel wire rod manufacturer in Taiwan, announced to keep its new prices for stainless steel wire rods of 200 series, 300 series, and 400 series unchanged for March, while the price for grade 316 will take individual negotiation ways to meet customers’ demand.
Walsin Lihwa said the terminal demand has been gradually recovering as global inflationary pressures slow down and the economy improves little by little after the epidemic. However, the recent prices of raw materials are still high, resulting in high production costs for steel mills. In order to maintain the buyers’ ability to receive orders, the company will absorb part of the rising costs by itself.
