Ukraine imposes AD duty on seamless pipes from China

The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) of Ukraine announced that it will impose an anti-dumping duty of 51.52% on imported steel seamless hot-deformed pipes from China.
According to a report from the commission, only two certain groups of companies with an exception and were subject to 0% duty, which were the groups of goods not produced or only produced in small quantities in Ukraine.
