The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) on Turkey's hot-rolled coil.

The USDOC said that during the review period from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018, the Turkish supplier Erdemir Group did not export hot-rolled flat products to the US.

According to the results of the administrative review, Erdemir's hot-rolled flat products will be exempt from AD duties, while the dumping margin of Ağır Haddecilik, Habaş, MMK Metalurji, Tosyalı, Gazi Metal, Özkan Demir Çelik, and other Turkish suppliers was 2.73%, compared with 2.55% in the preliminary findings in December 2019.

Turkish supplier Çolakoğlu's dumping margin was 2.55%, but the supplier’s hot-rolled flat products were exempted from AD duties in May of this year.
