US announces final AD tax rate for Turkish rebars

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) recently announced the final rate of anti-dumping (AD) duties on Turkish rebars. Most of the companies involved in the case received a lower rate than the initial judgment in November last year.
According to the ruling, the final tax rate of Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi AS (ICDAS) is 5.3%, compared to the initial tax rate of 19.10%. The final tax rate of Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret AS is 12.41%, slightly higher than the initial tax rate of 11.80%.
The final tax rate of Colakoglu Dis Ticaret AS, Colakoglu Metalurji AS, Diler Dis Ticaret AS, and Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret ve Nakliyat AS is 7.05%, which was much lower than the initial tax rate of 17.30%.
