The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued its final determination in a countervailing duty (CVD) administrative review, concluding that two Turkish oil country tubular goods (OCTG) exporters received countervailable subsidies during the period of review from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.

Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. was found to have a subsidy rate of 1.55%, while Çayirova Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. received a 1.01% subsidy.

This final ruling was made after preliminary results were published in October 2024, followed by deadline extensions in December 2024 and April 2025. The final results were due by July 7, 2025.
