The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has canceled the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) order on stainless steel sheet and strip imports from China.

The originally scheduled period of review for AD was April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020, and that for CVD covered January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

The cancelation was based on the timely-filed withdrawal requested on June 10, 2020 by petitioners AK Steel Corporation, ATI Flat Rolled Products, North American Stainless, and Outokumpu Stainless USA, covering 152 Chinese producers and/or exporters.
