US decides to continue AD & CVD orders on steel grating from China

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined on May 7 that revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on imports of certain steel grating originating in China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Based on the affirmative determinations made by the USITC, the existing AD and CVD orders on imports of subject goods from China will continue in force.
