The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) made a final affirmative determination that aluminum extrusions from Vietnam were being sold at prices lower than fair value in the US during the period of investigation from April 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023.

The estimated weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Vietnam is 14.15% for exporters/producers subject to the probe, 11.3% higher than the preliminary result, and 41.84% for the others.

The International Trade Commission (ITC) will make its final determination on whether the US domestic industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by the subject products from Vietnam within 45 days after the USDOC's final determination.
