US makes final CVD ruling on Hyunda Steel’s hot-rolled flat steel products

According to the final ruling of countervailing duty (CVD) on hot-rolled steel flat products made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), Hyunda Steel Co., Ltd. (Hyundai Steel) received a subsidy rate of 0.51%.

The rate was higher than the preliminary de minimis 0.45%, which could be viewed as zero tariffs, while this latest rate was slightly lower than the previous 0.58%.
